Message	I have one of the Harbor Freight ones that goes from like 500-1500 deg or something stupid and set it somewhere around 1000. Kept it like 6" from the cosmoline area moving the heat gun quickly. When you start to see parts of it start to bubble, wipe with shop towels and you'll be amazed with how little effort it takes. Anything like minor dirt, I use Simple Green. The heavy shit(which I don't have to worry about now, I use WD-40 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
